With a mixture of nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla, this pie is good for any occasion. Best served warm with a scoop of whipped topping (Cool Whip, etc).
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup oleo or butter, melted
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Mix flour and sugar. Add melted oleo or butter and blend well. Stir in eggs, chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
