Pecan Log

Pecan Log
  • 1 (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (14 oz) bag caramels
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well with hands.  Shape mixture into 5 rolls.  Mixture will be very dry.  Chill 2-3 hours.  Combine caramels and water in top of double boiler, cook until melted.  Drop rolls into the melted caramels and roll in pecan pieces. Chill 1 hour before cutting.
