Sausage Balls

This is one of  my favorite appetizers for holidays or any family events.

• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
• 1 lb hot sausage
• 2 cup Bisquick
• Tabasco (use as much as you want)

Have ingredients at room temperature.  Combine and shape into one inch balls.  Bake at 350 degrees for for 20 minutes.
